DISPATCH TIMES:
I aim to print and post all orders within 3 business days of purchase. Custom illustrations might take longer. You will receive an email once your order has been printed and posted.
All prints that are A3(11 x 16”) / 11 x 14” in size or larger are shipped with tracking included in the one low shipping price.
You will receive the tracking number once it has been shipped.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
> Standard shipping to US/Canada: 6-12 business days
> Standard shipping to UK/Europe : 7-14 business days
> Standard shipping within Australia : 2-6 business days
REFUNDS/RETURNS:
I hope you love your purchase as much as I loved making it for you, but in the unlikely event that you'd like to return your order, you can do so for up to 14 days after you receive your item.
The only exceptions to our returns policy are customised orders , which are custom made to order and cannot be re-sold. Goods must be returned in original condition, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
